As an experienced senior professional, Carlos has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects spanning forestry, environmental, agricultural, sustainability, and large-scale civil construction.

Stefany Vargas is a Civil Engineer with solid experience in cost estimation, blueprint analysis, and project management, bringing a blend of technical insight and operational focus to every stage of the construction process. At ConstruNorth, she serves as Estimator and Junior Project Manager, leading residential and commercial projects from planning through execution while ensuring efficiency, on-time delivery, and the highest quality standards.

Specialized in quantity takeoffs, detailed budget development, cost analysis, and resource planning, Stefany is proficient in tools such as Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, MapreX, and AutoCAD. Her expertise includes interpreting construction drawings, preparing biweekly progress reports, and developing 3D models (Revit, SketchUp) aligned with local building codes and project visualization needs.

A graduate of the University of the Andes (ULA) in Venezuela, Stefany is currently pursuing a specialization in Building Construction Management. She also holds certifications in structural design, BIM project coordination, and roadwork budget administration. Her attention to detail, planning skills, and ability to streamline communication with contractors have consistently contributed to successful project outcomes across the U.S. and Venezuela.
