He has held strategic leadership positions at multinational companies such as Constructora Norberto Odebrecht, Camargo Corrêa, and LATAM Airlines, where he integrated technical, financial, and environmental solutions to achieve high-impact results.

Today, as the CEO and Founder of ConstruNorth Inc., a Florida-based construction and renovation firm, Carlos leads residential, commercial, and institutional projects under a model that combines financial sustainability, technical excellence, and social and environmental responsibility. In this role, he oversees strategic planning, daily operations, and business development in highly competitive markets.

Stefany Vargas is a Civil Engineer with strong experience in cost estimation, blueprint analysis, and project management, combining technical knowledge with operational focus throughout the construction process. At ConstruNorth, she works as Estimator and Project Manager Assistant, supporting the leadership team in managing residential and commercial projects from planning to execution while ensuring efficiency, timely delivery, and quality standards.

Specialized in quantity takeoffs, budget development, and cost analysis, Stefany is proficient in tools such as Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, MapreX, and AutoCAD. Her expertise includes interpreting construction drawings, preparing progress reports, and developing 3D models (Revit, SketchUp) aligned with building codes and project visualization.

A graduate of the University of the Andes (ULA) in Venezuela, she is pursuing a specialization in Building Construction Management and holds certifications in structural design, BIM coordination, and roadwork budgeting. Her attention to detail and ability to streamline communication with contractors have contributed to successful project outcomes in the U.S. and Venezuela.

Alba Nadal serves in the Contracting & Compliance role at ConstruNorth Inc., providing strategic support in contract administration, agreement review, and documentation control for construction and professional service projects across the United States, with a specific focus on the State of Florida.

Her work ensures compliance with applicable codes and regulatory requirements, including the Florida Building Code (FBC), state and local construction regulations, licensing standards, insurance requirements, and permitting processes enforced by Florida authorities. She supports alignment between contracts, permits, and regulatory obligations to reduce legal and operational risk.

With a detail-oriented and analytical approach, Alba collaborates with internal teams to maintain clear contracting processes, organized documentation, and regulatory consistency throughout all project phases.
